Foster Sr. of New Castle, Delaware, born in Rochester, New York, who passed away on February 6, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his mother Geraldine M. Foster; and his daughter T. C. Tucker. He is survived by : his wife Shirley A. Foster (Kelley); and his children, William Tucker Jr., Joseph Tucker, Michelle Reed, Theresa Williams, Cara, Nancy, Erica Meeds, Jimmy Foster, Kathy Foster, Derald Foster and Allan Foster. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
