It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Barbara A. McCaffery of New Castle, Delaware, who passed away on December 12, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of Barbara A. McCaffery to show support.

She was predeceased by : her grandson Lee Miller III. She is survived by : her children, Lee Miller, Jr. (Priscila), Jason Miller and JP McCaffery IV (Kimberly); and her grandchildren, Coty Miller, Katelyn Jane Miller, Samantha Miller, Wyatt Miller, James McCaffery V, Chelsie McCaffery, Megan McCaffery and Will Miller. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
