He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Taggart and Bessie Rommeihs; and his siblings, Robert Taggart, Edna Mitricka, Billy Taggart, Tommy Taggart, Louie Taggart, Roy Taggart, Donald Taggart and Johnny Taggart.
He is survived by: his wife Marcia Morin; his children, Denise Taggart, Kelly Arcidiacono, Charles Taggart (Jenny) and Cheri Poppe (Brian); his stepsons, Scott Wilson (Jessi), Brian Wilson (Sydney), Drew Wilson (Kate) and Edward Theis (Renee); and his sister Cathleen Dunn.
