He is survived by : his wife Shirley; his children, Penny (Lonnie) of Fort Worth, TX, Repunzel of Fort Worth, TX, Lynnette of Wilmington, DE, Sheila (Clifton) of Philadelphia, PA and Curtis, Jr. (Nicole); his grandchildren, Curtis III, Saddia, Alexander, Vinsetta, Curtrina, William, Lenya, Annette and JaJuan (Dominique); his great grandchildren, Pierre, Miracle, Lanaya, Tymere, Lauren, Joel, Jaylin, Charlotte and Miles; and his sisters, Eva (Tom) and Leaner of Chicago, Illinois. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, extended family members, friends.
