He was predeceased by: his parents, Freal H. Boulden and Jane Boulden (Carroll); and his daughter Lori Ann Boulden. He is survived by: his wife Elane F. Boulden (Nemes); his daughter Jill Swansen (Bo); his grandchildren, Erik Swansen and Ellie Swansen; and his siblings, Donald Boulden (Janet), Joanne Frieze-Moore (Pat) and Mark Boulden (Barb). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
