It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of David Michael Cook of New Castle, Delaware, who passed away on March 31, 2023, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Edward Cook and Catherine Reynolds; his stepfather Paul Reynolds; and his sisters, Audrey and Mary.

He is survived by : his wife Diane L. Cook (Sload); his children, David, Jr., Steven, Elizabeth, Shannon, Jason and Corrine; his brothers, Paul of Philadelphia, PA, Edward of Hudson County, FL and Thomas of Fort Myers, FL; and his stepchildren, Jennifer and Stephen. He is also survived by thirty grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be sent to the St. Anthony's Holy Name Society, 1812 Howland Street, Wilmington, DE 19805.
