Smith of New Castle, Delaware, born in Pottsville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 24, 2022, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Schoffstall and Gladys Schoffstall (Kiefer); and her husband Richard L. Smith, Sr.. She is survived by: her son Richard L. Smith, Jr. (Tabitha); her grandsons, Dalton Lee Smith and Mason Hunter; and her siblings, Becky McTheney (William) and Robert Schoffstall. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
