She was predeceased by: her parents, Willis F. Blackburn and Ethel Blackburn (Hughes); her husband Gerald H. Evans; and her sisters, Anne Norton and Joyce Blackburn.
She is survived by: her brothers, Edward (Jeanette) and John (Grace). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Spicer-Mullikin Funeral Home (1000 N Dupont Hwy, Wilmington Manor, DE 19720). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
