He was predeceased by: his father Paul P. Harrah; and his siblings, Jeffrey A. Harrah and Crystal A. Talarowski. He is survived by: his mother Shelby J. Harrah; his siblings, Vicki D. Becker (Michael) and Philip K. Harrah; and his stepdaughter Laura Winner.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 4th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Nichols-Gilmore Funeral Home (212 E Justis St, Wilmington, DE 19804).
