Mitchell Jr. of New Castle, Delaware, born in Wilmington, Delaware, who passed away on May 29, 2023, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Enoch M. Mitchell, Sr. and Margaret Mae Mitchell. He is survived by : his wife Linda R. Mitchell; his children, Enoch "Marty" (Melissa) of Dover, Christopher (Regina) of Quakertown, PA, Mandy of Middletown and Matthew (Kristin) of New Castle; his sisters, Patricia Estep (Doug) of New Castle and Beulah Clark (Ed) of Kneeland, CA; and his grandchildren, Emily, Christopher, Cameron, Abby, Aiden and McKenzie.
