She is survived by : her children, Natalie Smith, Kelsey Smith, Nathan Smith and Hope James; her mother Bonnie DeGirolano (Gene); her siblings, Amanda DeGirolano and Jonathan DeGirolano; her grandchildren, Luke Smith and Rayelynn Smith; and her close friend Cyndi Reed (Veronica Vero).
