With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frances Jean Williams of New Castle, Delaware, born in Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on February 26, 2024 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Sidney Diamond and Frances Diamond (Biancey); and her children, Eugene Rodowicz, Jesse Rodowicz and Joanne Fromal.
She is survived by : her sister Bettysue D. Maliszewski (Nick); her nephew Neil Maliszewski; and her grandsons, Donald Fromal, Jesse Fromal, James Fromal and Jason Rodowicz. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
