He is survived by: his children, Paula McHugh of New Castle, Michael McHugh of Wilmington and Victor McHugh of New Castle; his siblings, Edward McHugh of Middletown, Margaret Atkins (Medford) of New Castle, Lois McClure of New Castle, Deborah McHugh of New Castle and Janice McHugh of New Castle; and his grandsons, Joseph McHugh, Michael Domanski, Jr. and Justin McHugh.
