He was predeceased by: his parents, Boyd Rhodes and Ida Rhodes (Rummell); his wife Nancy Rhodes; and his siblings, Alberta, Eileen, Alan, Burl, Richard and Harold.
He is survived by: his stepchildren, Beverly Meadow, Michael Bench (Christy) and James Bench, Jr. (Jackie); his brothers, Wayne Rhodes (Linda) and Gerald Rhodes (Judy); his stepgrandchildren, Daniel, Kenny, Amy, Jessica, Jenna Lee, Becky and Michelle; and his pet Yorkie. He is also survived by 9 nephews; 8 nieces.
