He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward H. Shadel and Frances M. Shadel (Vogel). He is survived by: his wife Linda J. Shadel (Brown); his daughter Katherine "Elissia" Jones; his grandson Logan Jones; and his sister Vivian Sexton (Phil). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Spicer-Mullikin Funeral Home (1000 N Dupont Hwy, Wilmington Manor, DE 19720). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
