He was predeceased by: his father James L. Farley; and his close friend John Morrison Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Ruth Farley (Martin); his siblings, Karen MacIntosh and Carl Farley; his fiancée Lisa Smallwood; his children, Howard Farley Jr., Ashley Farley (Christopher), Stacey Farley and Katelyn Farley (Mark); the mother of his children Vickie Farley; his grandchildren, Aiden, Hailey, Ryder and Adelynn; and his stepchildren, Courtney Smallwood, Joshua Smallwood and Lisa Smallwood.
