He is survived by: his friends, Carol and Kyle Chopack; and his golf pals, Billy, Rich, Michael, Lynn and Brandon. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, great nephews, and great nieces.
In 2001, he was awarded a lifetime fellowship for his contribution to remotivation therapy.
