He is survived by : his wife Joan; his children, Illonia, Isaiah, Jr. (Nicole) and Ivan Watters; his grandchildren, Ervin Watters, Isaiah Watters, Isaiah Watters IV, Nisaiah Watters, Zieisha Watters, Pamela Stansbury and Eric Blackiston; and his sister-in-law Catherine Brown.
