He was predeceased by: his parents, John B. Lowell and Gertrude Lowell (Murphy); his son John Lowell; his granddaughter Ashley Lowell; and his siblings, Andrew Lowell and Mary Louise Lowell.
He is survived by: his wife Donna L. Lowell (Dickinson); his son Dan Lowell; his granddaughters, Anna Lowell (Juan), Rachael Lowell (Quinn) and Hailey Lowell; and his great grandchildren, Matteo and Julian Ricardo.
