He is survived by : his parents, Ruth Toner (Scott) and George Powers, Jr.; his stepmother Catherine Powers; and his sisters, Elizabeth Spencer (Richard), Patricia Yowell (Ronnie), Penny Blanch (Dan) and Amanda Powers. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
