He was predeceased by: his stepfather Bernard Welch. He is survived by: his parents, John B. Hainsworth, Jr. and Gertrude "Trudy" Welch (Valente); his wife Mary L. Hainsworth (Wyszynski); his children, Kristin Hainsworth, Stacy Murphy (Kevin) and Nick Hainsworth; his brother Kevin Welch; and his grandchildren, Bailey, James and Kiley.
