He was predeceased by: his parents, Phyllis Diem (Riley) and Clarence Diem. He is survived by: his wife Susan M. Diem; his children, Chase Diem (Alli Schell) and Stephanie (Vincent Fioravanti); and his brothers, Douglas and Robert Diem.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Mealey Funeral Home - Limestone (2509 Limestone Rd, Wilmington, DE 19808). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
