Margaret C. Fortinper Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Margaret C. Fortinper of New Castle, Delaware, who passed away on December 23, 2024 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Rose Fanning (Richmond) and William Fanning; her stepfather Stanley Boris Sr.; her husband Charles D. Fortinper Sr.; and her son Dominick Fortinper.
She is survived by: her children, Charles D. Fortinper, Sr. (Katherine Inge) of Midlothian, VA and Kathleen F Winnington of New Castle, DE; her granddaughters, Kimberly Winnington (Blaine Eres), Renee Fortinper (Lauren) and Vicki Nellans; her great grandchildren, Olivia, Reagan and Riley; and her brother Stanley "Butch" Boris Jr.. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
