She was predeceased by: her husband Jesús M. Carrasquillo; her son Jesús M. Carrasquillo, Jr.; her grandson Orlando Carrasquillo; her parents, Delfin Vázquez and Juana Rodríguez; and her siblings, Rafael Vázquez (Isabel), Delia Vázquez (Domingo), Carlos Vázquez and José Vázquez.
She is survived by: her daughters, Aitza Carrasquillo, Lisa Ann Vélez and Ravier Rodríguez; her stepchild Elba Negrón (Joel); her grandchildren, Carlos Vélez, Angélica Medina, Melanie Vélez, Emily Haskins (Timothy), Joel Negrón, Jr. and Erika Negrón; her great grandchildren, Jaelynn Carrasquillo and Hassan El-Abbadi, Jr.; and her siblings, César Vázquez (Linda), Isabel Cristina Vázquez and Gloria M. Vázquez Rodríguez (Rubén). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Saint Paul Catholic Church, Maintenance Fund.
