He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Leonard Sr. and Lillian Leonard; his stepmothers, Veronica and Marion; and his brothers, Joseph and Robert.
He is survived by: his brothers, Lawrence, Edward and Charles; his significant other Junko Fukunaga; his daughter Kristi Ann Evans (Rick) of New Castle; his grandchildren, Alyssa (Aiden), Angel and Brooklyn; and his great grandchild Wyatt. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
