Wilson (New Castle, Delaware), born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on June 20, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Helena Brooks Bailey and John T Bailey; and her sister Doris Jarvis-Evans. She is survived by : her godson Larry Mitchell Jr.; and her friend Lorraine Sykes.
