She is survived by: her mother Edna May Oakes (Lewis); her husband Thomas W. Palmer, Jr.; her children, Lisa J. Palmer and Thomas W. Palmer III (Thaymee); and her sisters, Judy, Shirley and Kathleen. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren.
