He was predeceased by: his parents, Lillian "Maggie" McCall and Stanley McCall; his son Ralph "Ralphie" McCall Jr.; his sisters, Ethel "Eppy" Taylor, Marsha "Mott" McCall, Charlotte Muth and Loreena McCall; and his brothers-in-law, George "Tailpipe" Taylor and Joe Riley.
He is survived by: his wife Tina McCall; his children, Christopher McCall and Mandi Bockman (John); his siblings, Stanley "Billy" McCall (Sue), Doris Betts (Ron), Sharon "Sherry" Riley, Katherine "Cassie" Dobies, Patrica "Patsy" Neall and Arlene Corrigan; his grandchildren, Chelsea, Haley, Brendalyn, Jacob and Lillian; his great grandchildren, Kaidyn and Avella; and his pet Trudy.
