He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Seay and Helen M. Seay. He is survived by: his wife Beverly Seay (Bev); his son Reginald L. Seay, Jr.; his sister Carolyn Banks; and his brothers-in-law, Michael Banks, Sr., Delisle Doldren and Victor Doldren. He is also survived by Nieces, Nephews, Cousins.
