He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Roach and Josephine Roach Kelly; his son Robert Roach; and his sisters, Marie Kelly, Joanne VanAuken and Katherine Wojick.
He is survived by: his son Ronald Roach of New Castle, DE; his siblings, Jimmy Feeney (Joette) of Merritt Island, FL and Evelyn McCorkle of Glen Olden, PA; and his grandchildren, Robert and Kierstyn. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
