He was predeceased by : his mother Edith Bell; and his stepfather Charles Bell of Upland, PA.. He is survived by : his pet Cassie; his close friend Cassie; and his sisters, Charlene Bell of Upland, PA and Linda Ferguson (Michael) of Hockessin, DE. He is also survived by one nephew, two nieces, and two great nieces.
