He was predeceased by: his parents, Arbra Billings and Doris Billings (Webb); and his siblings, Bernice, Arbra, Jr. and Richard Billings.
He is survived by: his children, Roger Billings, Jr. (Ashlie) of New Castle, DE and Krystal Billings (Jon); his grandchildren, Olivia, Mystery, Shaun, Sasuke, Zorii, Sayuri and Joseph Thomas; and his sisters, Nancy Bailey and Doris Klein. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
