She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Dugan and Beatrice Hughes; her husband John D. Walters; her son Richard Walters; and her grandson Tony Boggs.
She is survived by: her children, Jack Walters (Carol), Ronald Walters (Mary), Mary Ann Atkinson (Herbert) and Elizabeth Neubauer (Dave). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren.
