She was predeceased by: her mother Ruby Lynch; and her sons, Otis Finney Jr. and Raymond E. Finney. She is survived by: her children, James Finney, Chuck Finney and Terri McMillion. She is also survived by six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
