Shirley C. Pennypacker Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on October 1, 2022, at the age of 89, Shirley C. Pennypacker of New Castle, Delaware, born in Wyndmoor, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles D. Conway and Anna Conway (Maloney); her former husband John C. Pennypacker; her husband Henry Q. Layman; her brothers, Charles and Raymond Conway; and her granddaughter Colleen Pennypacker.
She is survived by: her children, Ann P. Thielke (Patrick) of Houston, TX, Robert J. of New Castle, DE and Francis D. Pennypacker of New Castle, DE; and her grandchildren, Patrick "Rick" and Janet Thielke.
