He is survived by: his sons, Edward of New Castle and Christopher (Samantha) of Newark; his grandchildren, Starla, Juniper and Jordan; his mother Jean M. Moore of Wilmington; his sister Patricia; his brother-in-law Michael Kaier of Daytona Beach, FL; his brother Charles; and his sister-in-law Shirley Liskey of Middletown.
