She is survived by: her children, Jonel McCormick (Ben), John Lewis, Jr. and Jim Lewis (Elaine); her siblings, John Bennet (Judy), Elaine Roberts (Jay), Barbara Koehler (Ralph), Lois Leedy (Bill) and Patricia Peterson (Terry); and her grandchildren, Kaitlin McCloskey, David Johnson, Jr. and Ryan Johnson.
