She is survived by: her husband Steven Vance of New Castle; her children, Michele Marie Manganelli, Micheal Louis Wierzbicki (Debi) and Steven Eric Vance; her grandchildren, Kelli Hall, R. J. Hadley, Robby Cornacchia, Laci Wierzbicki, Luke Wierzbicki, Madison Vance, Morgan Vance, Steven Eric Vance, Jr. and Grayson Vance; her great grandchildren, Makenna Lane, Isaiah Thompkins and Roman Hadley; and her aunt Mollie Smith. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Spicer-Mullikin Funeral Home (1000 N Dupont Hwy, Wilmington Manor, DE 19720). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
