He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred H. Fleming and Elva Fleming (Haggerty); and his wife Viola Fleming (Lewis). He is survived by: his children, Marion Todd, Diane Perrine and Dana Fleming (Susan). He is also survived by grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
