He was predeceased by: his parents, Deena Grace (Luke) and Phillip Lazaras. He is survived by: his siblings, Samuel Manoranjan and Suseela Martin; his niece Laura Martin Cook (Austin Cook); and also Reginald Martin. He is also survived by 3 daughters; and numerous close family friends.

Bill also requested that no flowers or sympathy cards be sent.
