He was predeceased by: his parents, William Mitchell and Rachel Mitchell; and his siblings, Rachel Wooten, Beverly Swann, Ruth Lambert, Clarence Mitchell and Roger Lee Mitchell.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Bennie Smith Funeral Home - Dover (717 W Division St, Dover, DE 19904). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
