He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Zulkowski and Ann Zulkowski (Opechowska); and his siblings, Eugene Zulkowski and Jean Ann Oakes. He is survived by: his wife Florence Zulkowski (Lesniczak); his son Tony Zulkowski (Amanda); his grandchildren, Juliette and Adam Zulkowski; and his sisters, Antoinette Krause and Carol Van Dyke (Wayne). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and members of his extended family.
