She was predeceased by: her parents, Reverend Lonnie Midkiff and Dovie Midkiff; her brothers, Eugene Midkiff and David Midkiff; and her nephew Mark Midkiff.
She is survived by: her husband Maurice of Annette's Drive Inn; her children, Bethany Summerhill (Dave), Mary Fellure and Bradley Fellure (Tammy); her grandchildren, Robert Summerhill, Allison Summerhill, Chelsey Budynkiewicz (RJ), Hailie Fellure and Bradley Fellure; her great grandchildren, Lydia, Dani, Rhett, Reese and Robert; and her siblings, Danny Midkiff (Barbara) and Connie Staley (Clyde). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
