Bessie Josephine Schiller Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bessie Josephine Schiller (Newark, Delaware), born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on January 27, 2020, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Steven Stejskal of Prostov and Czechoslovkia; her husband Victor R. Schiller Jr.; and her siblings, Otto, George Stejskal and Blanche Kekish.

She is survived by: her daughter Gloria Bessie Tipton (Michael) of Alpharetta; her granddaughter Jeanette Bean (Theron); her great grandchildren, Josephine and Joselyn; her daughter Carol Rose Schiller of Portland; her grandchildren, Stephanie and Sean Dowling; her son Victor Robert Schiller III (Karen) of Bluffton; her granddaughter Kristen McMullen (Michael); her great grandchild Alden; her son Steven Russell Schiller (Linda) of Hockessin, Delaware; her sister Rose Norman of Parma, Ohio; her niece Joyce Stehlik; and her close friends, Imelda Sheppard Smith, Jennifer Mayberry, Yarmilla Brumfield and Sissy Chambers.
