He is survived by: his wife First Lady Gainell Congo; and his children, Herman G. Congo (Lovella), Marceline Congo, Glenda Martin, Charles Gray and Bruce Gray (Bertina). He is also survived by 15 Grandchildren, 33 Great Grandchildren, 2 Great-Great Grandchildren.
