He is survived by: his mother Bertha Alicia Villaseñor Lopez; his siblings, Eduardo Chavez and Angela; his grandparents, Juanita Lopez and Manuel Mondragón; and his aunts, Laura and Griselda.

A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Holy Angels Church (82 Possum Park Rd, Newark, DE 19711). A burial was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at the All Saints Cemetery (6001 Kirkwood Hwy, Wilmington, DE 19808).
