He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Gollicker and Martha Copes; and his stepfather William Copes. He is survived by: his close friends, Shadow, Gwen, Holly, Pepper and Rose; his spouse Beverly Jean Gollicker; his children, Bruce, Bryan and Lauren Gollicker; and his grandchildren, Leila and Holden Gollicker.
