Housel, Jr.; her granddaughter Heather A. Phenneger (David); her great grandchildren, Emilee A. Phenneger, Elaina Phenneger and Erica Phenneger; and her siblings, Karmen Lodgen, Bill Stitely, Diane Maxwell, Wayne Stitely, Tina Becker and Robin Russo. She is also survived by extended family and dear friends.
Viewing was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Crouch Funeral Home (127 S Main St, North East, MD 21901). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at 4:30 PM at the same location.
