She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Golden and Constance Golden (Cieszynski); her husband William Kozlowski Jr.; and her brother John Golden. She is survived by: her sons, William M. Kozlowski of Wilmington, Robert F. Kozlowski of Millville and Michael J. Kozlowski (Karen) of Landenberg, Pennsylvania; and her granddaughters, Emma and Erin.
