He is survived by: his mother Linda Smith; his children, Charles A. Martin, Jr., Robert Martin and Brittanie Brown; his brother Robert Eby; his close friend Tamara Stewart; his stepsister Julie Ferm; and his grandchildren, Khameryn, Austin, Payton, Dawson, Jade, Amanda, Ellen and Isabel.
